Healthy 8 was born out of a dream to help people live healthier.
This dream, fueled by our passion for helping people, resulted in a continuous pursuit of knowledge in the health field.
Today, Healthy 8 comprises a series of health talks, a blog, health coaching sessions and a small online store with our favorite natural health products.
